Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead

I was tickled pink to be chosen by BzzAgent to receive a free copy of Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead.  I had read about the movie online and was so inspired I couldn't wait to watch the movie.

As expected, the movie and Joe's story were inspirational.  I immediately bought a juicer and started planning my Reboot.  I started with a three day reboot because I wasn't sure how I would respond to the juice.  My body doesn't always respond properly to diet changes, positive or negative.

Thankfully, I was able to tolerate juicing and three days went by fast.  I didn't have any side effects because I don't drink caffeine and I don't eat sugar.  Cutting out dairy and meat was very easy.  Frankly, I found I didn't miss it one bit.

I had the option to tell many people about the movie, juicing and reboots.  Everyone showed a tremendous amount of interest and four friends even bought juicers to start their own reboots.  I know two are still juicing and losing weight.  The other two use juicing as a supplement to their already healthy lifestyles.

Why am I posting this on my blog?  Well, I believe we can all use a boost in the foods that we eat and I know we can reverse certain illnesses through eating properly.  I am trying to reverse the effects of POTS and all of the fun things that go along with it by juicing.

Even if I can lose just ten pounds a month, it will be worth it!  Check it out to see if it could work for you: http://jointhereboot.com
